General Questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions.
How long does shipping take?
We offer next-day delivery on most products when orders are placed before 3:00 PM (Monday Through Friday). Alternatively, express shipping is also available with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store.

Can you source a specific screw?
Yes, we have access to a massive range of all types of screws and fixings. Please contact us with your requirements and we will try our very best to accommodate you.
Product availability & out of stock products.
We carry hundreds of products and hundreds of colours. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a daily basis.
Colour & Coatings
Do You Offer Custom Colours?
Absolutely! Our Screws can be coloured in any RAL colour. You can send us an email with your specific requirements. There is a 24-72 hour lead time on any custom colours.
How do you "Colour" them?
We colour our screws using a process called powder coating. Powder coating is when a dry, electrostatically charged powder is applied to the surface of the screw and then cured in an oven at high temperatures. 
What are the benefits of powder coat?
Powder coating is a very durable finish that resists chipping, scratching, and corrosion. It provides UV resistance to prevent fading and offers even coverage for a smooth, professional look unlike traditional paint. With a wide range of colours and finishes, powder coating enhances both appearance and durability.
Do you guarantee an exact match to the RAL colour?
No, while we use the specified RAL colour during coating, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. We aim for approximately 90% accuracy.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Order Status

Tracking an Order
You can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Click on Track Order to see your recent orders. Select the order number to view tracking details. The tracking number will be shown under the shipping method - click it for real-time updates. If you prefer, use the tracking link from your email to check the status. Please allow 12/24 hours for tracking updates after shipping.
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Shipped."
Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
If your order will arrive in multiple shipments, once one of those shipments has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Partially Shipped."
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
