Refund policy
We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain approval before sending anything back. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided upon approval. Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of £6. Any additional costs exceeding this amount will not be refunded. To ensure reimbursement, please retain proof of the return shipping cost.
If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of return shipping. Additionally, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. This applies to all change-of-mind returns regardless of the reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use or are not in a resalable condition.
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that any items returned without prior approval or outside the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special fixings, colours or products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
